Tri Petch Group, by Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd., continues to organize activities to promote energy and environmental conservation with communities and society in line with the sustainable development policy to achieve carbon neutrality, reaffirming its status as a good corporate citizen in the society with the activity “Tri Petch Group Seaside Sustainability” under the project “Tri Petch Group Saves the Earth” for the 8th consecutive year. This year, more than 80 Tri Petch Group executives and employees donated 60 used tires for the community utilization, as well as 72 kilograms of bottle caps collected by employees for the community to produce 1,500 coasters, collected and separated 32 kilograms of beach litter to be processed into new products and proper disposal, as well as released berried crabs and crab eggs, which helped increase the crab population by more than 90,000 in Ban Amphoe and Bang Saray communities, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province.

กลุ่มตรีเพชร โดย บริษัท ตรีเพชรอีซูซุเซลส์ จำกัด เดินหน้าจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมร่วมกับชุมชนและสังคม สอดคล้องกับนโยบายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนเพื่อมุ่งสู่ความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอน ตอกย้ำการเป็นนิติบุคคลที่ดีของสังคม กับกิจกรรม “Tri Petch Group Seaside Sustainability” ภายใต้โครงการ “Tri Petch Group Saves the Earth” ต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 8 โดยในปีนี้ผู้บริหารและพนักงานกลุ่มตรีเพชรกว่า 80 คน ได้ร่วมบริจาคยางรถยนต์ที่ไม่ใช้แล้วจำนวน 60 เส้นเพื่อให้ชุมชนนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ รวมถึงบริจาคฝาขวดที่รวบรวมจากพนักงานจำนวน 72 กิโลกรัม เพื่อให้ชุมชนนำไปผลิตจานรองแก้ว 1,500 ชิ้น เก็บและคัดแยกขยะบริเวณชายหาด 32 กิโลกรัมเพื่อนำไปแปรรูปเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่และนำไปกำจัดอย่างถูกวิธี รวมถึงปล่อยปูไข่นอกกระดองและไข่ปู ซึ่งช่วยสร้างประชากรปูเพิ่มขึ้นกว่า 90,000 ตัว ณ ชุมชนบ้านอำเภอ และชุมชนบางเสร่ อำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี

The Tri Petch Group is aware of the impact of greenhouse gas emissions that may occur from various activities organized by people in society. Therefore, it is committed to developing activities in the form of "Carbon Neutrality CSR" by considering the reduction of environmental impacts at every step, emphasizing the use of materials that have less impact on the environment, reducing the use of unnecessary resources to reduce waste, and managing waste appropriately by recycling. Mr. Takashi Hata, Chief Executive Officer of Tri Petch Group and President of Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd., said, ““Tri Petch Group Saves the Earth” project is an environmental project that Tri Petch Group aims to create a culture of sustainability and create awareness among employees. This year, we organized energy and environmental conservation activities with communities and society on-site for the second consecutive year. Tri Petch Group donated used tires to the community to be used as plant pots and bumpers for fishing boats. We have collected and sorted trash on the beach to reduce pollution and protect the marine ecosystem and also processed trash from donated bottle caps by our employees to the community. In addition, we have released berried crabs and crab eggs back into nature to preserve biodiversity and promote environmental balance. We believe that Tri Petch Group, which has been operating under social responsibility in Thailand for over 67 years, has organized various environmental activities and created awareness among employees to participate in energy conservation. This will help create and develop a sustainable society, pushing Thailand towards its goal of carbon neutrality as set.”

“กลุ่มตรีเพชร” จัดกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมมุ่งสู่ความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอน “Tri Petch Group Seaside Sustainability”

Mr. Jutipong Boonsong, Chairman of Tri-Petch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd., donated 1 million baht to the Army Headquarters for the procurement of life jackets for officials and citizens affected by the flooding in various provinces. Isuzu also delivered over 54,000 bottles of Isuzu drinking water to help flood victims in many areas as a means of alleviating their suffering. Additionally, Isuzu provided mobile service vehicles to urgently assist Isuzu customers in affected provinces. Customers can also receive free vehicle inspections and a 30% discount on labor and parts from July 1 to December 30, 2024, at the authorized Isuzu service centers nationwide.

อีซูซุบริจาคเงิน 1 ล้านบาท พร้อมน้ำดื่มสะอาด สู้ภัยน้ำท่วม

Isuzu, which plays a key role in supporting logistics and lifestyle in Thailand, has been selected to participate in a trial of a battery-swapping solution that will help solve logistics and energy problems to achieve carbon neutrality in Thailand.

อีซูซุซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญในการสนับสนุนด้านโลจิสติกส์และการใช้ชีวิตในประเทศไทย ได้รับเลือกให้เข้าร่วมการทดลองโซลูชั่นการสับเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ (Battery-swapping Solution) ที่จะช่วยแก้ปัญหาด้านโลจิสติกส์และพลังงานเพื่อมุ่งสู่ความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอนในประเทศไทยให้สำเร็จได้

Mr. Shinsuke Minami, President of Isuzu Motors Co., Ltd. (Headquarters in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture), hereinafter referred to as “Isuzu”, and Mr. Katsuya Nakanishi, President of Mitsubishi Corporation (Headquarters in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), hereinafter referred to as “MC”, have jointly applied for the “The Global South Future-Oriented Co-Creation Project”. It is a large-scale pilot project in ASEAN [i] of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry to request a subsidy for the fiscal year 2023, which has been selected. From fiscal year 2025, Isuzu and MC will conduct pilot projects in Thailand to introduce battery-swapping solution and connect various sectors to the electric power infrastructure [ii].

มร. ชินสุเกะ มินามิ (Mr. Shinsuke Minami) ประธาน บริษัท อีซูซุมอเตอร์ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น (สำนักงานใหญ่ที่เมืองโยโกฮามา จังหวัดคานางาวะ) ซึ่งต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า “อีซูซุ” มร. คัตสึยะ นาคานิชิ (Mr. Katsuya Nakanishi) ประธาน บริษัท มิตซูบิชิ คอร์ปอเรชั่น (สำนักงานใหญ่ที่เขต ชิโยดะ กรุงโตเกียว) ซึ่งต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า "MC" ได้ร่วมกันยื่นสมัครโครงการ “การร่วมสร้างสรรค์อนาคตของกลุ่มประเทศกำลังพัฒนา” (The Global South Future-Oriented Co-Creation Project) อันเป็นโครงการทดลองขนาดใหญ่ในอาเซียน [i] ของกระทรวงเศรษฐกิจ การค้า และอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อขอรับเงินอุดหนุนประจำปี 2566 ซึ่งได้รับการคัดเลือกแล้ว โดยตั้งแต่ปีงบประมาณ 2568 อีซูซุ และ MC จะดำเนินโครงการทดลองในประเทศไทยเพื่อแนะนำโซลูชั่นการสับเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ (Battery-swapping solution) และการเชื่อมต่อภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ เข้ากับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านพลังงานไฟฟ้า [ii]

The “Global South Future-Oriented Co-Creation Project” aims to strengthen economic relations with developing countries and support them as a platform for implementing projects to address their problems and tap into the growth potential of the regional market. It also aims to contribute to innovation in Japan and strengthen domestic industries.

โครงการ “การร่วมสร้างสรรค์อนาคตของกลุ่มประเทศกำลังพัฒนา” มีเป้าหมายเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ทางเศรษฐกิจกับกลุ่มประเทศกำลังพัฒนา และสนับสนุนกลุ่มประเทศเหล่านี้ให้เป็นพื้นที่ในการดำเนินโครงการเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาของกลุ่มประเทศดังกล่าว และใช้ประโยชน์จากศักยภาพการเติบโตของตลาดในภูมิภาค นอกจากนี้ยังมีเป้าหมายที่จะนำไปสู่การสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมในญี่ปุ่นและเสริมสร้างอุตสาหกรรมในประเทศ

Isuzu and MC have jointly developed the commercial vehicle business in Thailand, the center of the automotive industry in ASEAN countries since 1957. Isuzu has set up two main factories to produce pickups in Thailand and has built a strong supply chain by using more than 90% of domestic parts to assemble and produce vehicles. In addition, Isuzu dealers have maintained and built strong relationships with customers through sales and marketing activities for both pickups and trucks, gaining trust from a wide range of Thai people and holding a high market share. Moreover, we have consistently participated in supporting the development and expansion of the automotive industry in Thailand.

อีซูซุ และ MC ได้ร่วมกันพัฒนาธุรกิจรถเพื่อการพาณิชย์ในประเทศไทยซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ในกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียนมาตั้งแต่ปี 2500 อีซูซุได้จัดตั้งโรงงานหลักในการผลิตรถปิกอัพในประเทศไทย 2 แห่งและสร้างห่วงโซ่อุปทานที่แข็งแกร่งด้วยการใช้ชิ้นส่วนภายในประเทศสูงกว่า 90% เพื่อประกอบและผลิตรถ นอกจากนี้ผู้จำหน่ายรถอีซูซุได้ดูแลและสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นกับลูกค้าผ่านกิจกรรมการขายและการตลาด ทั้งรถปิกอัพและรถบรรทุกโดยได้รับความไว้วางใจจากคนไทยในวงกว้างและมีส่วนแบ่งตลาดในสัดส่วนสูง และได้มีส่วนสนับสนุนการพัฒนาและการขยายตัวของอุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์ในประเทศไทยมาตลอด

In line with the policy of promoting carbon neutrality through “Multi-Pathway Solutions” specified in Isuzu’s mid-term management plan (“Isuzu Transition – Growth to 2030 or IX”). Thailand, one of the most important markets for both companies and a driver of the overall ASEAN automotive industry, has been selected to conduct this pilot project.

ตามนโยบายส่งเสริมความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอนผ่าน “โซลูชั่นส์อันหลากหลาย” ที่ระบุไว้ในแผนบริหารจัดการระยะกลางของอีซูซุ (“การเปลี่ยนผ่านของอีซูซุ – การเติบโตสู่ปี 2030 หรือ IX”) ประเทศไทยซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในตลาดที่สำคัญที่สุดของทั้งสองบริษัท และเป็นผู้ขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์อาเซียนโดยรวม ได้รับเลือกให้ดำเนินการในโครงการทดลองนี้

This pilot project will demonstrate the practical use of the battery swapping solution called the “EVision Cycle Concept [iii],” which Isuzu unveiled at the JAPAN MOBILITY SHOW 2023 in October last year. The battery swapping solution can swap fully charged batteries in just a few minutes, avoiding the wasted time caused by charging electric vehicle batteries (BEV). Additionally, separating the vehicle body and battery can also be used to manage other forms of energy, such as supporting the efficient use of renewable energy.

โครงการทดลองนี้จะนำเครื่องมือการใช้งานจริงของโซลูชั่นการสับเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ที่เรียกว่า "EVision Cycle Concept [iii]" ซึ่งอีซูซุได้เปิดตัวที่งาน JAPAN MOBILITY SHOW 2023 เมื่อเดือนตุลาคมปีที่แล้ว โซลูชั่นการสับเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่สามารถสับเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ที่ชาร์จเต็มแล้วได้ภายในเวลาเพียงไม่กี่นาที หลีกเลี่ยงเวลาเสียเปล่าที่เกิดจากการชาร์จแบตเตอรี่รถยนต์ไฟฟ้า (BEV) นอกจากนี้การแยกตัวรถและแบตเตอรี่ออกจากกันยังสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการจัดการพลังงานรูปแบบอื่นได้ เป็นต้นว่า การสนับสนุนการใช้พลังงานหมุนเวียนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

This pilot project will be implemented from fiscal year 2025 in collaboration with 5 companies including Isuzu, MC, Isuzu Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd., which are affiliated companies. The project will be conducted in collaboration with Commercial Japan Partnership Technologies Asia Co., Ltd. to support carbon neutrality activities that are unique to Thailand.

โครงการทดลองนี้จะเริ่มดำเนินการตั้งแต่ปีงบประมาณ 2568 เป็นความร่วมมือจาก 5 บริษัท รวมถึง อีซูซุ, MC, บริษัท อีซูซุมอเตอร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด และ บริษัท ตรีเพชรอีซูซุเซลส์ จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทในเครือ จะดำเนินการทดลองจริงโดยได้รับความร่วมมือจากบริษัท Commercial Japan Partnership Technologies Asia จำกัด ในการสนับสนุนกิจกรรมความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอนที่เป็นลักษณะเฉพาะของประเทศไทยด้วย

With the goal of creating a worldwide carbon-neutral society, this project will promote the widespread battery swapping of electric vehicles (BEVs) in commercial vehicles, which are currently facing challenges in the transition to electrification, and proceed with the creation of new energy systems including renewable energy at battery swapping stations. Isuzu and MC are committed to jointly developing and reducing carbon emissions in the commercial vehicle industry in Thailand.

ด้วยเป้าหมายในการสร้างสังคมที่เป็นกลางทางคาร์บอนทั่วโลก โครงการทดลองนี้จะส่งเสริมการสับเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ของรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า (BEV) ในส่วนของรถเพื่อการพาณิชย์ให้มีความแพร่หลายมากขึ้น ซึ่งกำลังเผชิญกับความท้าทายในการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ยุคพลังงานไฟฟ้า และเพื่อดำเนินการสร้างระบบพลังงานใหม่ รวมถึงพลังงานหมุนเวียนที่สถานีสับเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ อีซูซุ และ MC จึงมุ่งมั่นจะร่วมกันพัฒนาและลดการปล่อยคาร์บอนในอุตสาหกรรมรถเพื่อการพาณิชย์ในประเทศไทยต่อไป

อีซูซุร่วมโครงการ “การร่วมสร้างสรรค์อนาคตของกลุ่มประเทศกำลังพัฒนา” ของ METI เพื่อส่งเสริมการทดลองโซลูชั่นการสับเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ในประเทศไทย

Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd., in collaboration with PTT Public Company Limited, has begun testing the use of fuel mixed with HVO, a new generation of biodiesel synthesized from used vegetable oil, that can potentially reduce CO2 emissions by up to 30%. The test is being conducted using the Isuzu ELF from Mon Transport Co., Ltd., a leading logistics company in Thailand, under the actual use conditions. As of the latest check at 5,000 kilometers, no issues or abnormalities have been found. This test is a part of the policy to promote "Multi-pathways to Carbon Neutrality" and is expected to be completed by February 2025. Isuzu believes that this project will partially bring Thailand to carbon neutrality by creating the least impact on energy infrastructure and transportation networks in Thailand.

บริษัท ตรีเพชรอีซูซุเซลส์ จำกัด ร่วมกับ บริษัท ปตท.จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้เริ่มทำการทดสอบการใช้น้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงที่ผสม HVO น้ำมันไบโอดีเซลเจนเนอเรชั่นใหม่สังเคราะห์จากน้ำมันพืชใช้แล้ว ซึ่งจะสามารถช่วยลดการปล่อยก๊าซ CO2 ได้สูงสุด 30% โดยนำมาทดสอบกับรถบรรทุก Isuzu ELF ของบริษัท มนต์ทรานสปอร์ต จำกัด บริษัททำธุรกิจขนส่งชั้นนำของประเทศไทย ภายใต้สภาพการใช้งานจริง จากการตรวจเช็กล่าสุดที่ระยะวิ่ง 5,000 กิโลเมตร ยังไม่พบปัญหาหรือความผิดปกติแต่อย่างใด ซึ่งการทดสอบในครั้งนี้เป็นไปตามนโยบายส่งเสริม “โซลูชั่นส์อัน หลากหลายสู่ความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอน” (Multi-pathways to Carbon Neutrality) และคาดว่าจะเสร็จสิ้นในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2568 อีซูซุเชื่อว่าโครงการนี้จะมีส่วนช่วยทำให้ประเทศไทยเข้าสู่ความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอนได้โดยสร้างผลกระทบน้อยที่สุดต่อโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางพลังงาน รวมถึงเครือข่ายการคมนาคมไทย

It has been graded according to standards by a team of expert technicians with experience in automobiles, and its past maintenance history from Isuzu standard service centers has been checked. In Thailand, we plan to produce electric pickups for export, starting with those for Europe in 2025 and gradually introducing them in other countries in line with local regulations and CN progress.

สำหรับประเทศไทย เราวางแผนที่จะผลิตรถปิกอัพไฟฟ้าเพื่อส่งออกซึ่งจะเริ่มจากประเทศในโซนยุโรปในปี 2568 และจะทยอยเปิดตัวในประเทศอื่นๆ ตามกฎระเบียบและความคืบหน้าด้านความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอนของแต่ละประเทศ

For Isuzu's policy towards carbon neutrality in Thailand, Mr. Takashi Hata, President of Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd., explained that “Thailand is currently an important automotive production base in the world. The annual automobile production reaches 1.8 - 1.9 million units -- the highest volume in ASEAN and is ranked 10th in the world, which is produced for both domestic sales and worldwide export. Almost all of them are Internal Combustion Engines (ICE). In 2023, the export value was as high as 973 billion baht. Pickups and their derivatives as “Product Champion” were the most exported vehicles with 786,383 units, accounting for 70% of all vehicle types.”

สำหรับนโยบายสู่ความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอนของอีซูซุในประเทศไทย มร. ทาคาชิ ฮาตะ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท ตรีเพชรอีซูซุเซลส์ จำกัด ชี้แจงว่า ปัจจุบันประเทศไทยเป็นฐานการผลิตยานยนต์ที่สำคัญของโลก มีการผลิตรถยนต์ต่อปีมากถึง 1.8 - 1.9 ล้านคัน สูงที่สุดในอาเซียน และเป็นอันดับ 10 ของโลก ซึ่งเป็นการผลิตเพื่อจำหน่ายในประเทศ และการผลิตเพื่อส่งออกไปยังประเทศต่างๆ ทั่วโลก โดยเป็นรถยนต์เครื่องยนต์สันดาปภายใน (Internal Combustion Engines : ICE) เกือบทั้งหมด ในปี 2566 มีมูลค่าการส่งออกสูงถึง 9.73 แสนล้านบาท ซึ่งรถปิกอัพและอนุพันธ์ในฐานะ “โปรดักส์แชมเปี้ยน” เป็นรถที่ส่งออกมากที่สุดถึง 786,383 คัน คิดเป็น 70% จากรถทุกประเภท

Offering the products to meet complex consumer needs and different from passenger cars, we have to consider both commercial and personal uses. Therefore, we have developed vehicles that have a “Multi-pathways to Carbon Neutrality” concept that is not only about battery electric vehicles (BEV) or fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV), but also other energy such as the use of carbon neutral fuel with internal combustion engines, such as new generation biodiesel oil from used plants (HVO - Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) and synthetic fuel (e-Fuel) for the utmost benefits of Isuzu users as well.

 <li>“The Isuzu D-Max EV Concept” is a full-time 4WD system pickup, using the same platform as diesel pickup, with the newly developed “eAxle” dual motors &amp; differential sets working together at the front and rear, combined with an all-new rear suspension - De-Dion, creating confidence on all road conditions, suitable for pickups, balancing between smooth driving and excellent loading capacity. The highlight is the use of 2 high-power electric motors with a combined torque of 325 Nm. The high-output dual electric motors and a robust frame and body design ensure high towing capacity. It is planned to officially start production for export from the Thailand production base in 2025. Keenly aware that customers use pickup for various applications, the Isuzu D-Max EV Concept offers an alternative power source. Launching in selected mainland Europe markets such as Norway in 2025. The Isuzu D-Max EV Concept will be rolled out to the UK, Australia, Thailand, and other countries based on market needs and the maturity of EV charging infrastructure.</li>

<ul><li>"Isuzu D-Max Hi-Lander MHEV" is a 4-door Proof of Concept (POC) pickup with a system that a turbo diesel engine and a small electric motor work together, by installing a 48V battery, reinforcing the driving power to the 1.9 Ddi Blue Power engine to reduce the engine's workload during starting as well as help to reduce vibration when starting the engine. The motor is installed in front of the engine and connected with the Belted Alternator Starter: BAS. The “Isuzu D-Max Hi-Lander MHEV” is one of the options for customers to reduce CO2. This type of vehicle may be suitable for some customers. We are in the process of surveying the market before determining the next distribution plan.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Isuzu Elf EV - the EV Truck of “N-Series” was developed under the concept of “Isuzu Modular Architecture and Component Standard : I-MACS” for medium and big trucks in various formats effectively with the design of the "Center Drive System EV" which is specifically a truck design by considering the balance of the vehicle's weight distribution, rear wheel distance and appropriate turning radius which are suitable for light duty work, short run, and requiring the flexibility by using the same platform of diesel trucks. It was launched as the world premiere in Japan in March 2023. Simultaneously, Isuzu is developing rapid battery swapping systems to reduce battery charging time from 2 - 5 battery units for extended transport ranges.</li></ul>

<ul><li>“Isuzu Elf FCEV” - the medium fuel cell electric truck, jointly developed among the business partners under the Commercial Japan Partnership Technologies Corporation (CJPT) project, suitable for heavy duty work. It can refuel quickly and does not cause pollution, increasing the alternatives of trucks in the market, responding to the need to move towards the era of carbon neutrality. In Japan, 90 units of the Isuzu Elf FCEV were carried out in a test run according to the actual usage, various cities and usage type conditions in January 2023 in Tokyo, Fukushima and Fukuoka. In Thailand, the 4 units were tested from September to November 2023.</li></ul>

Activities to support carbon neutrality ○ Signing a memorandum of understanding to join a scheme to support the use of electric vehicles with the Excise Department to utilize Thailand as a production base for Isuzu electric vehicles for domestic sales and to export worldwide.

กิจกรรมเพื่อสนับสนุนสู่ความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอน○ การลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงการเข้าร่วมมาตรการสนับสนุนการใช้ยานยนต์ไฟฟ้ากับกรมสรรพสามิตเพื่อใช้ไทยเป็นฐานการผลิตรถไฟฟ้าอีซูซุเพื่อจำหน่ายในประเทศ และเพื่อส่งออกไปยังประเทศต่างๆ ทั่วโลกเหมือนเช่นที่ผ่านมา

○ Signing a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in developing a vehicle testing project with clean energy to reach carbon neutrality between Tri Petch Isuzu Sales, Mitsubishi Corporation with PTT to test Isuzu Elf EV with real users, using electricity from 100% renewable energy through PTT's energy management system, charging system and EV ecosystem. There is also a carbon footprint reduction project for diesel vehicles. The test uses HVO, new generation biodiesel oil from used plants, including collaboration with Mitsubishi Corporation to study and research e-fuels, which are synthetic fuels that help reduce CO2 emissions and can be used in current combustion engines. We will start testing the use of HVO under the actual use conditions together with the leading companies in Thailand in the mid-year. Isuzu believes that this project will bring Thailand to carbon neutrality by creating the least impact on energy infrastructure and transportation networks in Thailand.

○ การลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือพัฒนาโครงการทดสอบรถยนต์กับพลังงานสะอาดเพื่อมุ่งสู่ความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอน ระหว่าง ตรีเพชรอีซูซุเซลส์ มิตซูบิชิคอร์ปอเรชั่น (ประเทศญี่ปุ่น) กับ ปตท. เพื่อทดสอบรถบรรทุกไฟฟ้าอีซูซุ วิ่งใช้งานจริง โดยใช้ไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานหมุนเวียน 100% ผ่านระบบบริหารจัดการพลังงาน ระบบชาร์จ และ EV อีโคซิสเต็มของ ปตท. และโครงการลดคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์สำหรับรถยนต์ดีเซล โดยการทดสอบใช้ HVO น้ำมันไบโอดีเซลเจนเนอเรชั่นใหม่จากพืชใช้แล้ว รวมทั้งร่วมกับมิตซูบิชิ คอร์ปอเรชั่น (ประเทศญี่ปุ่น) ศึกษาวิจัยน้ำมัน e-fuel ซึ่งเป็นน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงสังเคราะห์ช่วยลดการปล่อยก๊าซ CO2 และสามารถใช้งานในเครื่องยนต์สันดาปภายในที่มีอยู่ในปัจจุบัน โดยจะเริ่มวิ่งทดสอบการใช้น้ำมัน HVO ภายใต้สภาพการใช้งานจริงร่วมกับบริษัทชั้นนำของประเทศไทยตั้งแต่กลางปีนี้เป็นต้นไป ซึ่งอีซูซุเชื่อว่าโครงการนี้จะทำให้ประเทศไทยเข้าสู่ความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอนได้โดยสร้างผลกระทบต่อโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางพลังงาน รวมถึงเครือข่ายการคมนาคมไทยน้อยที่สุด

○ Apart from the development of automotive technology powered by clean energy to provide environmentally friendly options, Isuzu also places importance on marketing and promotional activities under the concept of “Isuzu Life Cycle Solutions”, supporting Isuzu users by offering solutions in both technology and training to encourage them to utilize effectively, save energy, reduce overall costs, and ready to deliver the best experience throughout the use of the vehicles.

○ Creating energy saving awareness within the Isuzu Group, by renovating the office into an energy-saving building, installing solar panels at manufacturing plants and expanding installations in showrooms nationwide. It has helped reduce CO2 emissions by more than 1,000 tons and reduced electricity usage by more than 50% and many other projects to raise awareness of work in the organization, such as the waste separation project and forestation, etc..

○ การสร้างจิตสำนึกด้านการประหยัดพลังงานในกลุ่มอีซูซุ ด้วยการปรับปรุงสำนักงานเป็นอาคารประหยัดพลังงาน ติดตั้งแผงพลังงานโซลาร์เซลล์ที่โรงงานผลิต และขยายการติดตั้งในโชว์รูมทั่วประเทศ ช่วยลดการปล่อยก๊าซ CO2 ไปแล้วกว่า 1,000 ตัน และลดอัตราการใช้ไฟฟ้าได้กว่า 50% และอีกหลากหลายโครงการปลูกจิตสำนึกพนักงานในองค์กร เช่น โครงการแยกขยะ และโครงการปลูกป่า เป็นต้น

Tri Petch Group led by Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Company Limited, continues to organize activities to promote energy and environmental conservation, reinforcing its commitment to being a responsible corporate citizen and creating a sustainable society under the "Tri Petch Group Saves the Earth" project for the seventh year in a row. The activity was organized this year with more than 120 Tri Petch Group executives and employees to participate in tree planting, seed shooting to reforest areas, and the construction of a weir in Muak Lek District, Saraburi Province.

Mr. Takashi Hata, Chief Executive Officer of Tri Petch Group and of Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Company Limited said, “ "Tri Petch Group Saves the Earth" project was initiated in 2016 as an environmental project that took into account both hardware and software through improving the energy system and various resources to be environmentally friendly. It also enhanced employee awareness and promoted a culture of sustainability, such as improving and upgrading the main office building of Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd. by installing solar panels, using LED lights, using an automatic building management and control system, using a high-efficiency air filter, and installing UV-C bulbs in the air conditioning system. These actions resulted in the company passing standard criteria for energy use and indoor air quality and receiving many valuable awards both at the national level and in the ASEAN region. Involving all employees in continuously improving work processes is in line with digital transformation and operational transformation in order to lead to sustainable management, including expanding projects to society and community through inviting employees to donate items to foundations or organizations. This year, we organized environmental activities at Chet Sao Noi Waterfall National Park, Muak Lek District, Saraburi Province, with more than 120 executives and employees of the Tri Petch Group joining together to plant trees and shoot seeds for reforestation. The number of trees planted was the same as the number of employees of the Tri Petch Group, which is 3,311 trees, reducing carbon dioxide gas by 39,732 kilograms of CO2 per year. We also built water slow-down dams to store water in the dry season and reduce soil erosion. We believe that various activities, including a campaign to raise awareness among employees about energy and environmental conservation, have reflected a strong determination. We will continue and strengthen these activities to create a sustainable society for the next generation.”

What Tri Petch Isuzu Sales always does is investing in employees through various training courses, both onsite and online, on well-known digital platforms with more than 900 courses for employees to learn and develop themselves in a fully comprehensive manner. Mr. Vichai Sinananpat, Director of Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Company Limited, received the "Business+ Product of the Year Awards 2022. "The New! Isuzu D-Max MAGIC EYEs ” pickup and the multi-purpose vehicle “The New MU-X” received the highest scores and were selected as Goods and Services of the Year 2022 in pickup and multi-purpose vehicle categories respectively. The awards were selected by a team of editors and experts from the College of Management, Mahidol University, and also received votes from people across the country through online channels organized by Business+ magazine at Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada.

ตรีเพชรอีซูซุเซลส์รับมอบรางวัลแบรนด์ยอดนิยมอันดับ1 "No.1 Brand Thailand 2021-2022”

Tri Petch Group, represented by Ms. Pimonpon Vurbeek, Central Administration Department Manager of Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd., received the MEA ENERGY AWARDS from Mr. Wilas Chalaysat, Governor of the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA).This award resulted from the fact that the headquarters building of Tri Petch Isuzu Sales passed the standard criteria for energy use and indoor air quality. This achievement aligns with the MEA ENERGY AWARDS concept of "Efficient Use of Energy and Air Quality Standards" and serves as an example of how to improve energy efficiency in buildings. The company always prioritizes energy efficiency and indoor air quality. To achieve this, solar panels and LED lights have been installed with an automatic building management and control system. High-efficiency air filters and UV-C bulbs have also been integrated into the air conditioning system.
